Conversations Day 7

Welcome back to Conversations to Success!

I simply needed a rest. After 10 long days of the forum and 2 trips flying to and from the USA to Australia, it was time for a rest.

Actually, part of the road to success is knowing when to slow down and allow. It is in the allowing that miracles occur. Try it! For the rest of today, deliberately allow something to happen that you did not expect. This happens when you take your focus of doing and seeing what shows up.

For me, this has been in allowing a house to show up when I returned home. When Berny Dorhmann, Founder and Chairman of CEO Space, spoke of returning to your port on day 1 of the forum, I literally did not have a home to go back to. What I have managed to attract has been a private house on a monthly contract. Ideal as i do not know where my next port will be.

What I have done over the last few days is to catagorise the many "see me" and business cards I have received. This will make it easier to get started in returning the calls and emails. Next was to reply to those who have already contacted me. To keep the spirit of the forum going, it is important to contact every person over the next few weeks and to reply to all the people who contact you.

I have also attatched a photo to my emails so that people can remember who I was. I also am using this information to upgrade my blog details.

Also started planning the new look web site that will include Conversations the game, Eye Power and my own personal website including sabotage clearing.

The next intent is to have the new web site up and running before the next CEO Space forum in March

A reminder that the current website for the game is at www.conversationsthegame.com.au

The other website I currently have is at www.eyepower.com.au and is about looking after your eyes. I have completed a Masters of Education looking at the effect computers have on eyesight and what you can do about it.

Finally, don't forget the labels for the second blog. Remember there is always cut and paste... actually it even has a shortcut from last time.

As I said from Day 1, I would also like to close with a card from the game for you to consider:

Ultimately all human action
occurs out of fear or out of love

Enjoy the process!

Conversations Day 1

Welcome to Conversations to Success!

Why read further? If you are interested in relationships then this is for you. If you are interested in succeding your business from the bottom up then this is for you. For the rest of you, have fun seeing how I go and what I do.

My name is Barry Auchettl from Australia. I am the creator of the game that came through for me in a dream. This is my first blog after attending the CEO Space Forum in December 09. Don't know what CEO Space is. Don't worry, we will have plenty of time to look at that.

I have worked as an accountant, taught various subjusts at high school including Marketing and Information Technology so this should help you would think. I also have my own personal development business. By the way, the website for the game is at www.conversationsthegame.com.au

I am at the Las Vegas airport the day after spending 10 days at the forum with a 15 hour flight awaiting to Melbourne once I get to Las . First thing they said to do was to set up a blog. Haven't even seen another blog before.

So why do this?

The intent of this blog is to track my success over the next 12 months so that I see that the systems suggested by CEO Space work.

So what is the benchmark?

1. The goal is to increase sales of Conversations: an inspirational game from 1,000 units to 100,000 units in one year.

2. Conversations is an inspirational board game about relationships. As a result of the other goal is to create a positive difference in 1,000,000 people's lives in one year as a result of games sales.

So let's begin before my battery runs out at the airport.

So here I am after 10 days of information gathering, classes, networking, trade shows and copious meetings absolutely exhausted at the airport, having averaged only about 4 - 5 hours of sleep a night.

Maybe there may be more goals as we go. My mind has just stopped so I am achieving only my first goal of having a blog on by today.

First thing was to put a blog on. Easy they said, just google blogger. So how easy was it. First of all, my password did not work so I had to request a new passwork. Who knows when I used this last. Having got on, it took several attemts to find a blog address it would accept. One minute they said! Now a template... mmm what was that we learnt about colours. I can change that latter.

Ok that done and not too bad. At the end are labels. I assume these are to tag it. Let's put in:

Conversations
CEOSpace
Success

Now I have to send it out!

I would also like to close with a card from the game. So the first one for you to consider is an inspiration card:

Help surrounds you

every moment of every day

Yes please! Until tomorrow!
